  • A reservation is confirmed once we receive valid contact details (phone/email).

  • For bookings made through external platforms, cancellation and modification policies may vary.

  • Changes to your reservation are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • Check-in: from 11:00 AM

  • Check-out: by 10:30 AM

  • Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on availability — please contact us in advance. Additional charges may apply.

  • Full payment for the stay is due upon check-in.

  • We accept cash and major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard).

  • A refundable security deposit may be required in some cases.


Cancellation & No-Show

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to arrival are fully refundable.

  • In case of no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
