❌ Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before arrival for standard rate bookings.

• Reservations made with a non-refundable rate cannot be canceled or modified.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival will be charged one night’s stay.

???? Changes to Bookings

• Modifications to confirmed bookings (such as date changes) may incur an administrative fee.

• Changes to the number of guests or room type are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance.

???? Guest Responsibility

• All guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.

• Maximum occupancy:
  – Double room: 2 adults
  – Quadruple room: 4 adults / or family groups

• Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited inside all guest rooms and indoor common areas. Designated smoking areas are available outdoors.
